Examination for transfer students,2026

1. Eligibility for New Student Applications

   For the 2027 entrance examinations, our school will accept applications from new students who meet the following criteria:

   1. Those who understand and respect the Christian education provided by our institution.
   2. Those who agree with the school's educational objectives and its three policies.
   3. Those who wish to enroll or transfer into our school.

2. Enrollment Capacity for New Students

   • We will accept up to 20 students per grade.
   • Please note that for students who have followed an overseas curriculum, discussions regarding appropriate grade placement may be required after the admission decision.

   Result Announcement	Wed. Dec 23
   Enrollment Deadline	Fri, Jan 15, 2027 by 17:00.

   • For applicants residing overseas, entrance examinations will be conducted on a rolling basis.
   • If you wish to participate in the entrance examination information session, please register in advance through this website
   • Our schools may offer online admissions for applicants from abroad.
   • The number of available seats and the number of successful applicants for Sessions 1, 2, and 3 will not be disclosed.

4. Application Method

   • Apply via the online application system (F-REGI) accessible from this website.
   • Application Fee: ¥10,000
     (Payable via credit card, Pay-easy, or convenience store)
   • Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.

5. Entrance Examination Subjects

   Interview in English (About 5 minutes)	Interview (About 10 minutes)	15 minutes

   1. The interviews for student will be conducted in English. Questions and answers for parents will be handled in either Japanese or English.
   2. English proficiency test will assesses listening and reading skills in everyday conversational English appropriate to the student age.
   3. If the applicant resides overseas, please inform us in advance.

6. Announcement of Results

   • Results will be posted on this website for a limited time following the announcement date.
   • Please note that we do not respond to inquiries by phone.

7. Enrollment Procedures

   Notification of acceptance and the necessary documents for enrollment will be sent.

   1. Registration fee: 300,000 JPY
   2. Deadline for enrollment and registration fee payment will be stated in the documents.

      If the enrollment procedures are not completed by the payment deadline, it will be considered as declining enrollment.
      (In the event that there is an alternate applicant, the alternate applicant may be moved up in rank.)

   3. Payment method: Bank transfer

8. Tuition and Fees

   1. Tuition fee (annually)　　950,000 JPY ※
   2. Educational enhancement fee (annually)　100,000 JPY
   3. Facility fee (annually)　　100,000 JPY
   4. Other expenses (details will be announced on enrollment day for new students)

   Note: In the case of siblings enrolling, 10% discount will be applied to the tuition fee, educational enhancement fee and facility fee from the second child onwards.

9. Enrollment Day for new students

   • Information session for incoming students will be held ona date to be announced.
   • For uniform measurements, we will schedule a date to come to the school before the enrolment day.
   • Details of enrollment day will be announced later.
